Q1. When can I get access to the course?

-You’ll get the access to the course on the launch date as mentioned above. We will email you all the necessary credentials to easily access the course.

Q 2. Can I cancel my course purchase if I don’t like it? Will I get a refund?

-Yes, if you do not like the course, kindly write to courses@hrfootprints.com within 7 days from the launch date / purchase date of the course. No questions asked. 100% course fee paid will be refunded.

Q 3. Are these live or pre-recorded sessions?

-All the courses have pre-recorded videos and downloadable practise & reference material. You can access them at a time convenient for you.

-You’ll have lifetime access.
